Our organization offers two tiers of sponsorship to promote your business directly to families and community members - local parents who use local services!
Our sponsors are featured on our campus fencing, bulletin boards, our Facebook page and website, and by sending home printed materials in our school's Thursday "Parent Folders*".

We put your business name directly into the hands of parents!
With Tier 1 Sponsorship your business gets:
- Your chosen print materials sent home in one of the Thursday "Parent Folder*" deliveries, direct to parents.
- The PTA links to your Facebook page from ours – in Facebook terms, we “Like” you so our visitors see the pages of businesses who support us.
- The PTA Facebook page publishes at least 2 "statuses" on our page, spaced 1-2 weeks apart, thanking you for your sponsorship and linking to your company website to show your services.
- Your logo and link to your website are placed on our website "Sponsors" page for the entire school year.
- Your logo and business info are posted on the PTA bulletin board in the school's front office and on our 2nd board in the main pick up area on campus (where parents wait for students to get out of class). These also remain up for the entire school year.
- If you provide extra print materials, we also place them in the office for parents and staff to pick up (it's a busy office, so it sees a lot of parental traffic).
- Your company receives a letter of receipt for your fully tax deductible donation.
To become a Tier 1 sponsor your business provides us with:
- 680 pieces of the printed materials you'd like to have sent home. Print pieces must state "A Toluca Lake PTA Sponsor" somewhere on them (we can provide stickers, if necessary). Allowed sizes are from postcard size to 8 1/2" x 11" (8 1/2" x 11" pieces must be no more than a single sheet of paper)
- Links to your website and Facebook page
- A digital or hard copy of your company logo (for our bulletin boards and “Sponsors” page)
- A check for $100 made out to "Toluca Lake PTA"
With Tier 2 Sponsorship your business gets:
Everything from Tier 1, PLUS a 2’ x 4’ vinyl banner on our school’s exterior fence, facing the heavily traveled Cahuenga Blvd, for a full year!

Toluca Lake parents will see this banner every day (it’s right at our morning Valet Drop Off location, where parents pull up to drop their kids at school, and it’s where parents wait every afternoon to pick them up).

To become a Tier 2 sponsor your business provides us with:

- The information you’d like included on the vinyl banner (5 line maximum. May include your logo or clip art of the resolution of the image is high enough to reproduce at 10” high.)
- A check for $500 made out to "Toluca Lake PTA."
* “Parent Folders” are our school’s way of sending home school and community information with students to their parents, every Thursday during the school year. Each of our 450+ students has one folder that they carry home directly to their parents. A parent keeps all the materials sent home, signs the folder, and returns it with the student to be used for the next distribution. This puts your materials DIRECTLY into parental hands.
